Circa 1944/1945 production. The barrel is stamped INLAND MFG. DIV. GENERAL MOTORS 12-44, U.S. CARBINE CAL 30 M 1 and INLAND DIV with serial number under rear sight.

Has bayonet lug, adjustable rear sight, smooth pistol grip wood stock with metal butt plate, 15 round magazine and canvas magazine pouch.

This gun qualifies for shipping directly to a holder of FFL Type 03 License - Collector of Curios and Relics.
Measures overall 35 inches with 18 inch barrel.
Very good condition, 90% or better finish, stock with very few dings but a tiny spot of chipped wood. Bore condition: Excellent, shiny, light, dust/debris.
