1. Paul H. Smith (New York, born 1894) pencil signed etching titled 'Pirates Alley' lower left, numbered 13 from an edition of 75 prints. Plate size 7.75 x 6 and frame is 15 x 12.5 inches.

2. A pencil signed etching titled 'Olde Sunrise Mills' lower left, plate measures 3.5 x 5.75 and frame is 11.75 x 14.75 inches.

3. Loel Ban pencil signed etching titled 'Where We Used to Live' lower left, artist proof edition, dated 1971. Image is 7.75 x 8.75 and frame is 12.5 x 14.75 inches.

4. Ann Gethen (Kansas, 20th century) pencil signed drypoint etching titled 'Pyramids in the Valley' lower left, numbered 6 from an edition of 10 prints. Plate measures 2.75 x 5 and frame is 9 x 11 inches.

Apparently the condition is good, no visible serious stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears. None of these has been examined outside the frame and mat.
