76: RED (CHARLES ROGERS) GROOMS (B. 1937) MIXED LOT POP ART

Two works by Red Grooms to include:

1. A 24 x 36 sheet 'uncut paper model' of the artist's famous Ruckus Taxi, signed in the image. Published by Red Grooms and Sharks Lithography, 1982, unframed.

2. A 10-inch porcelain plaque assemblage with rhinestones and vinyl cord, number 1986 from the edition of 2500, complete with paperwork original box and complete packaging as shown.
Sheet measures 24 x 36 inches. Plate measures 10.5 inches in diameter.
Very good condition throughout.
Provenance: The estate of John W. O'Shea, Professor of Art Kansas State University 1956 to 2001.
