The high quality Louis XV style easel back mirror, nicely cast and stippled in rococo style with rocaille and shell base below classical figures retains its original gilt finish.
Measures 17 x 10 inches.
Very good original condition throughout, no damage, repair or heavy wear.
Provenance: The collection of Josephine Bird Hall (1888 - 1948) by descent to her son, the present owner. Josephine's father was a founder of Kansas City's Emery, Bird, Thayer Department Store.
