411: A 1902 LONDON 24 PIECE STERLING PRESENTATION SET

The set in oak box is comprised of twelve knives with sterling blades and twelve forks with sterling silver tines, each with weighted handles. Each bears the hallmarks for London, 1902 and the maker Charles Green & Son.
Twelve 8 inch knives and twelve 7.5 inch dinner forks.
Very good condition throughout, no damage, repair, heavy wear or engraved monograms.
Provenance: The collection of Josephine Bird Hall (1888 - 1948) by descent to her son, the present owner. Josephine's father was a founder of Kansas City's Emery, Bird, Thayer Department Store.
