The dry point etching from an edition of only 75 prints is signed by the artist lower right and bears the artist's initials AWH within the plate lower right as well. The edition is listed in pencil lower left. This work is unframed.

French subjects, including the town of Antibes, were not an uncommon subject for Arthur Hall. This image, and a watercolor in the Wichita Art Museum titled Boat Houses-Antibes are two examples. Arthur and Norma Bassett Hall worked and studied in Europe from 1925 to 1927, mostly traveling France and Britain.
Image measures 6.5 x 9 on a 8.5 x 10.75 inch sheet.
Very good condition, the full untrimmed sheet, not laid down, no damage, stain, puncture or repair, there are brown tape tabs at each corner as shown here outside the frame.
Provenance: A private San Francisco collection.
