263: ANTIQUE FRANCIS WHITTEMORE & JOHN DEACONS PAPERWEIGHTS

1. Francis Dyer Whittemore, an early glass artist in the paperweight renaissance, created this lovely lampworked pansy and leaves set in translucent blue glass. Cane signature with letter W next to stem. Measures 2.66 inches.

2. A John Deacons multi-color twisted ribbon crown millefiori paperweight with complex center cane, cane signed and dated JD 1993. Diameter is 2.02 inches.
