241: A SVEN PALMQVIST KRAKA BOWL FOR ORREFORS

The graceful, slightly swollen form displays an internal latticework decoration of jewel-tone blue within intensely colored amethyst glass shading to reddish plum. The base is engraved ORREFORS Kraka No 558 Sven Palmqvist on the polished pontil.
Measures 4.5 x 7.5 inches.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of heavy wear.
