85: AN ELABORATE ZUNI FETISH NECKLACE OF 200 CARVED PIECES

The long, curved, sterling silver cone ends with light stamped decoration suspend ten strands of hand carved ornaments including runs of clam shell heishe interspersed with carved fetishes in turquoise, jet, spiny oyster shell, serpentine, pipe stone(?) etc in forms that include owl, bear, bird, squirrel, arrowhead, numerous other quadruped along with larger carved turquoise messenger birds.
Necklace length measures 18 inches. The two birds at the top are 2.5 x 0.5 inches each. Pendant is 1.5 x 2.5 inches.
Very good condition throughout, no damage, repair or wear.
