50: A NAVAJO MEN'S STERLING SILVER AND TURQUOISE RING

The cluster of four large Blue Gem turquoise stones in rope twist framed bezels is mounted on a wide sterling shank without marks.
Ring size is 9 with a width of 2 inches.
Very good condition, noting natural inclusions to the stones that, in some cases, appear as fissures or lines.
Provenance: The 40 year collection of Father Tom Wiederholt, Kansas City, Missouri. Tom was a close personal friend of scholar and curator Ralph 'Ted' Coe who advised Tom on most of his acquisitions.
