The multifigure carving with a slight bow dictated by the shape of a walrus tusk, is flat on one side, slightly bowed on the opposite edge and carved with two pronounced and detailed bear heads each side.
Measures 1.25 x 4.75 inches.
Provenance: The 40 year collection of Father Tom Wiederholt, Kansas City, Missouri. Tom was a close personal friend of scholar and curator Ralph 'Ted' Coe who advised Tom on most of his acquisitions.
