The high A-fork and half-seat with high angle cantle in plain brown leather are over dark leather skirts, and fenders with maker's stamp of H.C. Barzak Maker Hempstead Texas on each side. Indexes list H.C. Barzak as being in business around 1910, though half-seat saddles were more common before 1910.
Measures 15 inches from the base of the horn to the inside edge of the cantle.
Good to fair condition with losses, replacements and various issues of age and use.
