The fine example from the early 20th century displays an interesting rim woven in two layers over an openwork band above a finely woven field with imbricated lines of color and a repeat pattern band. The base wicker-like base is separated from the side weave by a band of plain weave without imbricated decoration.
Measures 6.75 x 7.5 x 6.25 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage, repair or loss.
