Th unusual upright cylindrical form displaying floating checkerboard devices in black devil's claw is constructed with a tightly wrapped rim having a distinctive rolled edge.
Measures 10.5 x 9.25 inches.
Very good condition with dark patina and a few scattered bits of rim wrap loss as shown, no damage or repair.
