The lithograph published by Associated American Artists in an edition of 250 prints is signed by Thomas Hart Benton in pencil below the image lower right and listed in the artist's catalog raisonne as Fath number 65. The original AAA label is present verso.

Benton's comments in Fath read: Autumn in Missouri. To be seen on most hill farms. The problem with these subjects is not to find them, but to find them in a pictorially workable setting.

This lithograph proceeded a painting titled Shucking Corn, as noted in Creekmore Fath.
Image size 9.5 x 12.5, sheet measures 11.5 x 14.5, frame is 17 x 20.5 inches.
Good condition noting mat burn, not laid down, no other stain, damage or repair.
